States of Power Technology Tree
Research runs from early-war infantry weapons all the way to the atomic bomb. The in-game top bar shows research as a fraction — screenshots capture 20/195, 78/182 and 218/270 — so the tree is large and its size varies with the scenario.

| End of the tree | The atomic bomb | Official store description |
| Research readout | A flask meter in the top bar reads completed/total with a per-tick rate — observed at 20/195 (+3.3), 78/182 (+1.7) and 218/270 (+2.5) across official screenshots | Official screenshots |
| Nuclear payoff is real | One official screenshot shows detonations on the map with lingering radiation zones, and a dedicated nuclear meter (95.00) appears in the top bar alongside the usual resources | Official screenshots |
| Research is funded by the economy | Research labs are one of the province buildings you construct, alongside factories, ports and infrastructure | Official store description |
Research data checked:
Reading the research meter
The top bar shows a flask icon with two numbers and a rate. In the developer's own screenshots it
reads 20/195 (+3.3) early in a 1936 German campaign, 78/182 (+1.7) in a
Polish game and 218/270 (+2.5) deep into a French one. The first number is
technologies completed, the second the total available, and the bracketed figure is your research
rate — which you raise by building research labs in your provinces.
That variation in totals matters: 195, 182 and 270 are not the same tree. The number of available technologies depends on the scenario being played, which is consistent with a game whose Scenario Editor lets players define their own content.
The nuclear end of the tree
The atomic bomb is not just a listed endpoint. One official screenshot shows detonations on the map with lingering radiation zones over Soviet territory, and in that same screenshot a dedicated nuclear meter reading 95.00 sits in the top resource bar next to money, supplies and manpower — a meter that does not appear in the screenshots of games without nukes. Nuclear capability is tracked as its own resource.

- The full node list
- Per-node costs and prerequisites
- Named research branches
The rival wiki publishes a four-branch tree with named branches. The developer has published no such breakdown, so we list only what can be checked against official material — and say plainly where the gap is.
